Do the IRS provide a printable online copy of 1040 Schedule B?

The Internal Revenue Service provides a printable copy of Form 1040 Schedule B on its website. As of 2015, taxpayers must use Schedule B if they receive more than $1,500 in taxable interest or ordinary dividends, accrue interest from a bond, or meet other requirements.

To access a printable copy of Schedule B, click the Forms & Pubs button on the IRS homepage. On the next page, click the Find All Current Forms & Pubs button. Then, type "Form 1040 (Schedule B)" into the Find box and click the Find button. Click the Form 1040 (Schedule B) link for a PDF version of the form.
