What are large-format printers?
By Forinfos - 11/03/2026 - 0 comments
Large-format printers are printers that are capable of printing photos and layouts at larger sizes than the standard letter size. Printers that let users print at tabloid and super-tabloid sizes include the Brother MFC-J6710DW, Canon Pixma Pro9500 Mark II and Epson Stylus Pro 3880.
These printers tend to have many ink cartridges, and some can automatically switch between colors depending on the paper in use. Some large-format printers can make gallery-quality prints, and they usually come with photo papers. Buyers can also opt for printers that feature two paper trays for loading tabloid-size papers. Most large-format printers can print on 13-by-19-inch paper.
