Is it legal to use Blue Link while driving?

Hyundai Blue Link provides some services automatically, even in moving vehicles, and drivers access other services through smartphones, explains Hyundai. They must follow the distracted driving laws of their states. As of 2015, 14 states have banned handheld cell phone use while driving, according to the Governors Highway Safety Association.
Blue Link is a safety and car care package, notes Hyundai. Hyundai developed the Blue Link system to reduce distracted driving. Operators automatically provide emergency services and help after accidents. The system also allows owners to schedule maintenance with Hyundai dealers and sends monthly vehicle health evaluations by email or through the mobile app.
