At which level does Shroomish evolve?

The Pokemon character Shroomish evolves at level 23. Shroomish evolves into Breloom, a grass- and fighting-type Pokemon. Some of its abilities include effect spore, technician and poison heal.

Shroomish first appears as a small mushroom with a peach-colored body. It also has green spots. One of its main attacks, effect spore, poisons opponents with spores shot from its head. It's found in damp, shady areas of the forest.

As Breloom, Shroomish develops kangaroo-like legs and a beak for a mouth. It also has red claws. Breloom's attacks include fast punches, and its tail contains hard spores which cause stomach discomfort.
