ABC has aired the show "Live! with Kelly and Michael" since 2012. Michael Strahan replaced Regis Philbin, who was the previous co-anchor with Kelly Ripa.

The talk show was originally called "The Morning Show" and was established by ABC in 1983. The first hosts were Regis Philbin and Cyndi Garvey. The show was renamed to "Live with Regis and Kathie Lee" in 1998 and ran until 2000. In 2001, the show was renamed "Live! with Regis and Kelly" until Regis Philbin retired after 28 years on air. Michael Strahan was a Pro Football Hall of Fame professional football player and is credited for helping bring the show to different demographics.
