How long does it take Jupiter to go around the sun?

It takes Jupiter twelve Earth years to complete one revolution around the Sun, according to NASA. Jupiter rotates faster than any other planet, and its orbit is elliptical.
NASA states that Jupiter is the largest planet in the solar system and is five times the distance of Earth from the sun, measured in astronomical units. Additionally, Jupiter's rotation exerts the largest magnetic field amongst other planets, specifically 20 percent more than Earth. Jupiter's largest moon also has its own magnetic field, in contrast to Jupiter's remaining 61 moons, as reported by NASA. Jupiter is the second brightest planet viewed from Earth's sky, after Venus.
