Mars Incorporated, the manufacturer of M&M's candies, states that there are approximately 210 candies in a 7-ounce bag, providing four 1.5-ounce servings. Since this product is sold by weight, the total number of pieces in a package of M&M's candies varies slightly.

Individual packs, which contain one 1.59-ounce serving, contain 30 to 35 candies. M&M's candies are also sold in bulk bags. A 5-pound bag contains approximately 2500 candies, while a 10-pound bag contains approximately 5000 pieces. Each serving has 240 calories, 10 grams of fat, 30 milligrams of sodium, 34 grams of carbohydrates and 2 grams of protein.
