What is a Mastermind group?

A mastermind group is a group of people who share common goals and who come together to educate each other, brainstorm and offer support and peer accountability to improve their personal and business skills. Members challenge each other to set and achieve strong goals.

In a mastermind group, members keep conversations balanced and share advice, feedback, leads and resources. A mastermind group is not a networking group, a class or an avenue for group coaching. Session agendas belong to the group, which emphasizes the importance of each member's participation. A mastermind group offers the experience and skills of other members, answers and ideas, and a positive mental attitude.
