Where do you find Maytag serial numbers?

The location of the serial number depends on the Maytag product. The serial number on the washing machine can be found behind the control panel on the back, inside the washer lid and on the back of the base frame.

The serial number for the Maytag dryer can be found in the back on the upper left, on the back frame of the inside or inside the door itself. Washer/dryer combinations also have the serial numbers printed in three locations. The number can be found on the inside of the washer in the right rear corner, inside the washer's left rear corner and on the washer's cabinet.
