Is there a military hotel in Waikiki, Hawaii?

Hale Koa Hotel is a military hotel that is located directly on Waikiki Beach in Hawaii. The hotel was originally built by members of the armed forces but now operates on a self-sustaining basis without the funds of taxpayers, as of 2015.

Only certain types of personnel are authorized to use the Hale Koa Hotel facilities, including members of the armed forces and their families. This includes active duty and reserve members of the National Guard, Army, Navy, Marine Corp., Air Force and Coast Guard. Cadets of armed forces academies are also allowed to use the facilities. Retired members of the armed forces and the families of armed forces members who died in duty are also welcome to use the hotel.
