What is a mini dachshund?

The head of the dachshund is also long, while its ears hang from the cheeks. The dachshund is a lively, affectionate and brave breed. An unassertive master can have difficulty training this dog due to its proud nature. The dachshund is better-suited for older owners, although it can do well with children if properly trained and socialized.
