Since 1990, Toyota has manufactured four models of convertible: the Celica, MR2, Paseo and Solara. As of August 2015, Toyota does not manufacture any convertibles for the U.S. market.
Toyota produced the Celica as a convertible between 1990 and 1999. It was front-wheel drive and seated up to four people.
Toyota manufactured the MR2 convertible, called the MR2 Spyder, from 2000 to 2005. It was a mid-engined, rear wheel drive, two-seater car.
Toyota produced the Solara as a convertible from 2000 to 2008. It was a two-door convertible based on the Camry. The company only produced the Paseo for one year, in 1997.
