Individuals looking to get a Nigerian passport renewal form can find it online by visiting nigeriaembassyusa.org. The total cost of the renewal fee is $65, as of 2015. The Nigerian embassy only accepts money orders and the money order must be made out to the Embassy of Nigeria.

Nigerian passport holders are required to renew their passports every five years after it is first issued. If an individual wants to expedite the process, it costs $20 more, for a total of $85.

The Nigerian passport renewal form requires an applicant's name, current address, passport number, date and place of issue and date of expiration.
