A regulation dart board is 17 3/4 inches in diameter, meaning the bottom of the board should be 4 feet 2 1/4 inches from the ground. If the board protrudes from the wall, the regulation 7 foot 9 1/4 inch distance from the toe line should be measured from the face of the board, not the wall.
