He is two years older than the next oldest players in the league: Tim Duncan of the San Antonio Spurs, Andre Miller of the Washington Wizards and Kevin Garnett of the Brooklyn Nets. The oldest player to ever play in the NBA was Nat Hickey, who was two days short of his 46th birthday when he played his final game. Hickey was the coach of the Providence Steamrollers during the 1947 to 1948 season and activated himself as a player for one game.
