What are some orchards in Illinois where you can pick apples?

Dozens of orchards throughout Illinois allow visitors to pick apples and other fruits. In Illinois, apples are in season from August through the end of October.

Each listing provides an address, directions, phone number, hours of operation, other attractions and comments from visitors. Other attractions include corn mazes, pig races and petting zoos, and many offer apple cider and apple doughnuts. Some even have bakeries and antique shops. Prices for entry or for apples picked vary by location.
