Who owns the Choctaw casino in Oklahoma?

All eight locations of the Chocktaw casinos in Oklahoma are owned by the Chocktaw Nation of Oklahoma, an official tribal government that continues to preserve the culture and history of the Chocktaw people.

The chief of the Chocktaw Nation of Oklahoma as of April 2015 is Chief Gary Batton, while Jack Austin, Jr. serves as assistant chief. Below them are 12 tribal council members, three senior executive officers, and 14 executive directors. The Chocktaw Nation administration office is located in Durant, Oklahoma. Proceeds from Chocktaw Casinos fund tribal programs that provide health care, education and housing to members of the community.
