Where do pandas sleep?
By Forinfos - 06/06/2025 - 0 comments
Pandas sleep in many different places, ranging from the trees to the forest floor. Some species of pandas sleep exclusively in trees, such as the red panda, which helps keep them away from predators.
Pandas spend a large part of their day, approximately 10 to 15 hours, looking for food and then spend the rest of their day resting or sleeping. Pandas are herbivores and eat bamboo for all of their nutrients. A single panda can eat up to 40 lbs. of bamboo each day. This bamboo also helps to provide the panda with another water source because bamboo contains water within its shoots.
