The passing score, or standard, for the NCLEX-RN, is 0.00 logit, which was altered from -0.16 logits. This score is the standard until at least March 31, 2016.
The NCLEX-RN is an exam that is proctored by the National Council of State Boards of Nursing. It must be passed in order for a candidate to receive the registered nurse designation.
The exam tests aspiring nurses on a variety of qualities and skills essential to being successful within the field. These include client need categories and nursing activity statements. Most candidates will use a study course and guides to help prepare for the exam.
