Pay a bill online at GE Capital Retail Bank, which is called Synchrony Bank as of 2015, by logging in to an online account. From the account home page, access the Bill Pay menu, and make or schedule a payment for each bill.

Although GE Capital Retail Bank has changed its name to Synchrony Bank, all customer accounts have been switched to the new bank, and online service options including bill pay have not changed. Synchrony Bank allows users to make one-time payments to bills, or to set up automatic bill pay using which money is automatically deducted every month to pay recurring bills.
