What is the PC cheat code for cars floating on water in "GTA: Liberty City"?

According to About.com, there are no cheat codes that allow players to drive cars on water in the PC version of “Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories.” In the PSP version, players can drive on water by entering cheat code Circle, X, Down, Circle, X, Up and L2.

Cheat codes in “Grand Theft Auto: Liberty City Stories” are entered via the in-game cell phone, so all cheat codes resemble phone numbers. For example, players can get armor by dialing 362-555-0100 on the in-game phone. Other codes include the ability to lower the player's wanted level with 267-555-0100, spawn a comet with code 227-555-0175, and change the weather with code 468-555-0100.
