Pennsylvania state tax forms also include forms for partnerships, LLC businesses and employee withholding, as well as motor and alternative fuel taxes, cigarette and liquor taxes and vehicle rental taxes. Pennsylvania state tax forms may also be needed for sales taxes, tax appeals, applications for tax clearance and power of attorney or a declaration of representatives through the Department of Revenue in Pennsylvania.
