Is it possible to log back in to Tax Act using old login information?

Users of the TaxAct website can log into their accounts by providing a valid username and password, although the company does not indicate that older login credentials are no longer valid. TaxAct provides a password resent link for those who have forgotten their login details.
Those wishing to access previous years' tax returns can do so through TaxAct, although there is a 3-year limit for doing so. As of January 6, 2015, users can access 2014 tax returns for free but must pay a fee to access or continue tax returns from 2013 or 2012. Tax returns prior to 2012 are no longer accessible via TaxAct.
