Who is the president of Norway?

Norway has no president. Instead, Norway has a king who acts as head of state and a prime minister who acts as head of government. As of 2014, Harald V is the king, and Erna Solberg is the prime minister.

Norway's 1814 constitution was influenced by the ideals of the French and American revolutions. It provides a system in which the monarch is the head of state, largely a ceremonial position, while the prime minister is the head of government, a position that controls most of the actual political power in the country. Officially, the king retains supreme executive authority in the country, but in practice, that power is exercised by the government headed by the prime minister.
