Are rare Pokémon cards available at Wal-Mart?

Rare Pokémon cards can be obtained from Wal-Mart through purchasing Pokémon booster packs and premade decks. Rare Pokémon cards cannot be purchased by themselves, but some packages show the rare cards the buyer can receive.

The buyer receives one rare Pokémon care per Pokémon booster pack. Alternatively, pre-made decks can be purchased that show which rare card the deck comes with on the front. Wal-Mart typically carries Pokémon card boxes that contain not only booster packs, but come with a promotional card shown on the front. Promotional cards are regarded as rare and feature alternate art compared to the original version.
