What is "Relay For Life"?
By Forinfos - 17/11/2025 - 0 comments
Relay for Life is a 24-hour event that honors cancer survivors and remembers those who lost their fight to cancer. People who participate in the event walk or run for 24 hours in order to raise awareness and money.
People taking part in Relay for Life participate in teams. Each team camps out overnight at the event site and people from the team take turns walking or running around the event. Often, events are held at high schools, parks or fairgrounds and have a set path for participants to follow. Each team must have at least one member walking or running at all times because cancer is a disease that never sleeps.
