Many of the positive reviews on Amazon find the B130 easy to use, and they praise the compact size of the machine. Some of the negative reviews complain of a plastic taste and that brewing a cup of coffee takes too long.

Coffee Just Right lists the size, weight, simplicity and lack of filters as pros of the Keurig. Some of the cons are being unable to use travel mugs, longer brewing time and that it is approved for commercial use only. The warranty becomes void if the Keurig is used in homes.
