When do you take the SAT?
By Forinfos - 05/07/2025 - 0 comments
The SAT is usually taken during a high school student's junior and senior years. As of December 2014, it is offered at least seven times yearly in the United States and at least six times yearly throughout the world.
The College Board says that at least 50 percent of students sit for the SAT twice; once in the spring of their junior year and again in the fall of their senior year. Their scores often increase with the retake. If a student scored well on the PSAT, he is usually ready to take the SAT. If the PSAT score is not high enough, a student might want to delay taking the SAT for a few months while he prepares for the test.
