Who makes the Scion car?

The Scion line of cars is produced by Toyota. The company founded the brand in 2002 in an attempt to increase its sales to so-called Generation Y consumers. The Los Angeles based design company Fresh Machine came up with the automobile design, branding, and advertising.

As of 2015, there are four basic models of Scion automobiles. The xB is a five-door model famous for its distinctive boxy design, and the tC is a three-door liftback. The iQ is a compact city car, and the FR-S is a rear-wheel drive sportscar. The company also sells special limited edition versions of their cars that boast premium features and usually a bright, distinctive paint scheme.
