Stain removers that work for dry erase marker stains include Murphy’s Oil Soap and rubbing alcohol. For better results from any of these removers, apply them more than once.
To remove a dry erase marker stain with Murphy’s Oil Soap, rub the stain off both sides of a fabric with the remover using a clean, soft rag, and then wash the cloth normally. To apply the rubbing alcohol, soak a sponge with the alcohol, and use the sponge to loosen the stain from the fabric by rubbing both sides of the fabric gently. To prevent the stain from spreading to other parts of the fabric, work from the edges of the stain toward its center.
