What is the Starwood Hotel's StarHOT program?

Starwood Hotels' StarHOT program provides discounted hotel room rates for Starwood associates and associates employed in Starwood partner franchises. Associates may also book discounted rooms for family members, according to the program's policy. This benefit is available to all Starwood associates at their time of employment.

Associates using this benefit may book an unlimited number of room nights per year, based upon availability at their desired location. There are some restrictions on associate travel. Stays booked through the StarHOT program may not exceed fourteen nights, and associates are not eligible to earn Starwood Preferred Guest points or airline miles when using the discounted associate rate.
