Where is Steven on "Pokémon Emerald"?

In Pokémon Emerald version, Steven Stone battles alongside the player against Maxie and Tabitha, who are the Team Magma leader and admin, in the Mossdeep Space Center. After the main adventure, Steven battles with the player at Meteor Falls.

Steven battles alongside the player to stop Maxie and Tabitha from stealing rocket fuel to cause Mt. Chimney to erupt. After the Pokémon League Championship, the player can battle Steven in Meteor Falls. Steven has the strongest team of any NPC character in the third generation of games, with all of his Pokémon being between levels 75 and 78. After this, he leaves a Beldum in his Mossdeep City home for the player as a prize.
