The world's strongest man is Brian Shaw. Shaw stands 6'8" and weighs 415 pounds, wears size 16 shoes , and has incredibly large hands. He has won the World's Strongest Man competition in 2011, 2013, and 2015. Shaw bench presses 525 pounds, deadlifts 1,140 pounds, and squats 800 pounds.

Shaw has competed in the World's Strongest Man competition seven times, and has finished in the top three six out of seven times. He consumes 10,000 calories a day, which is only 5,000 calories less than what an average horse consumes. In addition, the average man consumes 2,640 calories per day, but Shaw eats nearly three times that amount.
