What are some synthetic fibers?

Specialty synthetic fibers include rayon, vinyon, saran, spandex, vinalon, aramids (also known as nomex, kevlar and twaron), modal, dyneema or spectra, PBI, sulfar, lyocell, PLA, M-5, orlon, zylon, vectran and derclon.
