In October 2015, Swift purchased a $27 million mansion in Beverly Hills that previously belonged to Samuel Goldwyn's estate. She previously lived in a different Beverly Hills mansion, which she purchased for $4 million in 2011. Swift also owns homes in Nashville, Tennessee; New York City, New York; Barnstable, Massachusetts; and Westerly, Rhode Island. She previously lived in Reading, Pennsylvania, prior to moving to Nashville with her family at the age of 14.
