The teams that competed in the 2015 NCAA Tournament Final Four were the Duke Blue Devils, Michigan State Spartans, Kentucky Wildcats, and the Wisconsin Badgers. Duke proved to be the eventual winner of the national championship.

The 2015 NCAA Final Four was played in Indianapolis, Ind. at Lucas Oil Stadium. The Duke Blue Devils defeated the Michigan State Wolverines in one national semifinal and the Wisconsin Badgers defeated Kentucky in the other, handing the Wildcats their first loss of the season. Duke won the national championship by defeating Wisconsin 68-63. It was Duke's 16th Final Four appearance and fifth national championship.
