The Final Four teams in the 2015 NCAA basketball tournament were Duke, Kentucky, Michigan State and Wisconsin. The games were held at Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis. Duke defeated Wisconsin in the championship game, 68-63, to earn the Blue Devils' fifth NCAA championship.

In the semifinals, Duke beat Michigan State, 81-61, and Wisconsin defeated Kentucky, 71-64. Kentucky was previously undefeated and was favored to win the tournament, but the Wildcats finished their season at 38-1.

Duke, Kentucky and Wisconsin were all #1 seeds, while Michigan State was a #7 seed. This was the 17th Final Four appearance for Kentucky, the 16th for Duke, the ninth for Michigan State and the fourth for Wisconsin.
