Is it true Giada De Laurentiis is getting a divorce?

On Dec. 30, 2014, fashion designer Todd Thompson filed for divorce from his wife, celebrity chef Giada De Laurentiis. The two had separated on July 15, 2014 after over 11 years of marriage.

Giada De Laurentiis was born in Rome, Italy, on Aug. 22, 1970. She graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles in 1996 with a degree in social anthropology. De Laurentiis went on to study at Le Cordon Blue in Paris before beginning a career as a chef, author and television host. De Laurentiis and Thompson wed on May 25, 2003. They have one daughter, Jade Marie De Laurentiis Thompson.
