Kijiji is an online network, similar to Craigslist.org, that allows users to post classified ads for goods, services or barters, as well as job postings and community events. Kijiji is a subsidiary of eBay and is the most popular classified service in Canada.

Kijiji is the Swahili word for village. The service launched in 2005 with the purpose of bringing the community together for organizing events, exchange of goods, job postings and even personals. Kijiji was introduced to the USA in 2007, but with the rise of Craigslist's similar platform, it failed to gain momentum and was turned into eBay classifieds by 2010. Kijiji offers its services to more than 300 cities in Canada, Italy, Hong Kong and Taiwan.
