What type of support does Kohler offer for tub faucet repair?

Most Kohler faucets and faucet accessories manufactured after Jan. 1, 1997, are warranted against leaks and drips for as long as the original purchaser owns the home. If a warranty-covered bathtub faucet requires service, Kohler repairs, replaces or adjusts it at the company's discretion.

Kohler offers a one-year limited warranty against both material and workmanship defects on all Kohler plumbing products. Kohler faucets with powder-coated, gold or painted surfaces are only covered under the one-year limited warranty and do not qualify for Kohler's limited lifetime warranty. Commercial faucets and those installed outside the United States also only qualify for the one-year limited warranty.
