Photos hung in a hair salon should be large and preferably should be placed in the reception area. Salons can consider featuring a hairstyle of the month. Photos should be changed every couple of months or so to keep the look fresh. Photos should be taken with professional lighting and photography, and the stylist's name should appear on each photo. While it's less expensive to hang commercial posters of hairstyles, doing so is a less effective advertisement for the salon.
