Who uses a SpitJack rotisserie?

A SpitJack rotisserie is used by anyone who wants to cook food over an open fire or other natural fuel. As of 2015, SpitJack offers a full line of camping, backyard, grill, and indoor or outdoor fireplace rotisseries.

SpitJack started doing business in 2004 with just one model, the fireplace rotisserie. It now offers a full line of rotisserie units for cooking over fire or charcoal for use both inside and out. Its product line includes a series of large rotisseries big enough to cook an entire animal down to a 22-inch rotisserie that cooks over a small charcoal grill.
