What is UT Southwestern MyChart?

UT Southwestern Medical Center's MyChart is an online health management tool that allows patients to communicate with the clinic and their doctors. Patients can use this tool to make or cancel appointments, view their immunization records and laboratory results, request prescription renewals and send secure messages to their doctors.

To enroll in MyChart, patients can talk to the staff at the clinical practices they visit at UT Southwestern Medical Center. They also need to talk to their doctors with regards to the release of lab results and prescription renewal requests in MyChart. Once enrolled, they can access this tool on their computers or via the mobile app on their iOS or Android devices.
