Turn off call forwarding with Verizon Wireless directly from a mobile phone or from a computer. To disable call forwarding from a mobile phone, dial *73. To disable the call forwarding feature from a computer, visit the Call Forwarding Page in My Verizon on VerizonWireless.com.

After dialing *73 from a mobile phone to deactivate call forwarding, press the call button and wait to hear a confirmation tone or message before ending the call. From the Call Forwarding page in My Verizon, click on the Cancel Call Forwarding link. Select the correct line to cancel on the Mobile Number drop-down menu if there is more than one line on the account.
