How do you wax vinyl floors?

Dip a mop into a bucket of hot water then the bucket of wax. Mop 6 to 9 feet of flooring at one time. Allow the wax to dry until no longer tacky to the touch. Apply a second coat of wax, buffing before and after if desired.

Clean the vinyl floor very well, and allow it to dry completely prior to waxing. This prevents the wax from sealing in whatever dirt or grime remains on the surface of the tiles. Wax the floor in overlapping strokes, dipping the mop back into the hot water, and wax periodically. If buffing, run the machine back and forth across the floor in a serpentine fashion.
