What is the Wendy's We Learn program?

The Wendy's We Learn program is an online portal for employee training. The portal allows employees to log in with a secure username and password to access training materials, menus, customer service guidelines and orientation information.

Wendy's launched an enhanced training program in 2013, as reported by Entrepreneur, to increase employee engagement, knowledge, customer service skills and attitudes toward customers and service. The We Learn program was a part of an initiative to retrain existing employees on the company's mission, goals and processes and promote more thorough training for new employees entering the Wendy's team at any of the restaurants nationwide.
