Residents of Missouri's St. Charles county voted overwhelmingly in favor of Proposition A in 2014, with 82 percent of residents voting yes. This ballot measure was the only reference to Proposition A in Missouri's 2014 elections.
Proposition A concerned the city of Flint Hill, located inside of St. Charles County. The city wanted to annex areas north and east of the city to ensure that zoning within that area remained consistent with the city. The election resulted in 163 residents voting for Proposition A, while 37 voted against the measure. A majority was required to pass the measure, so Proposition A was passed. The election was held on Nov. 4, 2014.
