How have women wrestlers physically lifted/carried men in wrestling?

Wrestlers are trained to assist other wrestlers in performing their moves, which makes it easier for female wrestlers to lift males. Women wrestlers are also often paired with lighter males who are around their weight class in the rare instance of an intergender match.
Every time a wrestler does a maneuver that requires lifting, the wrestler she is moving assists her by jumping with the move. If they didn't do this, the wrestlers would not be able to lift other wrestlers with the ease shown on television. This sometimes happens to wrestlers when opponents sandbag them and do not jump with the move.
