What is a 100-carat diamond called?

A diamond of 100 carats or more is not issued a specific term, so it is simply called a diamond. It is, however, common for large diamonds of that size to have individual names, such as the famous 112-carat "Hope Diamond."
Other large famous diamonds include "The Paragon," a 137.82-carat, seven-sided cut diamond. Another prominent example is the "Koh-I-Noor," a 105.60-carat diamond residing in the modern British crown jewel collection. It is common for large diamonds to have considerably more carats prior to being cut, but the trade-off for the loss is a fine-quality gem with plenty of visual appeal.
