Allyl sulfide is a chemical compound with the formula C6H10S and a molecular weight of 114.21 g/mol. It is a clear, colorless liquid with a garlic odour and taste.

Allyl sulfide can be produced naturally from stir-fried garlic and is used widely as an artificial flavoring in garlic oil. It is also synthesized in laboratories through a chemical reaction involving its constituent elements, as shown in the chemical equation S + 5H2 + 6C --> C6H10S. In this equation, one molecule of sulphur reacts with five molecules of hydrogen and six molecules of carbon to produce a single molecule of allyl sulfide.
